If you are anything less than delighted with any item* for any reason, you can return it unused and in a saleable condition within 28 days of receipt for a full refund.
This provision does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods or your right to cancel orders under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling ) Regulations, further details of which are available from your local Trading Standards Department or Citizens Advice Bureau.
To return an item for a refund, please use our courier service where available, or our freepost facility. We will match the direct cost of returning the goods against the handling and delivery charges, so there is no additional charge to you. Larger items need to be returned via special courier on Tel: 0845 605 5044 to arrange a collection. Lines are open 7am to 12 midnight, seven days a week. Calls are charged at the local rate.

Postal returns
Simply pack the item securely, enclosing the
completed returns form, affix the postage pre paid returns label and take
the parcel to any Post Office.
* In the interests of hygiene, the following
items are non-returnable unless faulty:
i)
Pierced jewellery - we are unable to refund or exchange any pierced jewellery.
ii)
Ladies and mens briefs that are not in their original packaging.
iii)
Cosmetics and toiletries: We accept returns if they are in a saleable
condition with unbroken seals and packaging, supported by valid proof of
purchase for exchange or refund.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Cancellation If, for any reason, you are unhappy with the item/s you have ordered you have the right to cancel. You can call our help line on Tel: 0845 605 5044.
If you wish to cancel before the items are despatched you are asked to contact us, by e-mail, as soon as is practicably possible. If your cancellation is received after the items have been despatched our Customer Services department will arrange for a courier to collect them at no charge to yourself.

Flower service For practical reasons, flowers are non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please do not return any items purchased online or via the flowers order line to Debenhams stores as immediate refunds cannot be issued.
If for any reason, you should wish to change or cancel your order you can do so by calling 0870 600 3333. Please give 24 hours notice before the requested delivery date or before the last order date and 48 hours notice for deliveries to specified Highlands and Islands.
Wherever possible, for security a signature will be obtained on delivery. Whilst we make every effort to deliver your goods on your specified delivery date, we cannot be held responsible if we are unable to do this due to circumstances beyond our control.
Occasionally we may be unable to deliver due to non-availability of stock or unforeseen circumstances. If such a problem arises we will issue you with a refund of any payment made. This will discharge any liability for failure to deliver your order.
Personalised wedding stationery
All orders are personalised to your individual requirements. For this
reason, refunds and exchanges will only be made if the stationery is found
to be faulty or does not meet your order specifications. For further information,
